6. REFUND POLICY FOR WEDDING SPEECH WIZARD
Refund Requests
: Customers must request refunds within 7 days of receiving their generated speech via our contact page, stating the reason for their dissatisfaction.
Quality Concerns: If the speech does not meet expectations due to incorrect or incomplete form submission, customers are offered a redo. If the issue persists after the redo and we acknowledge the subpar quality, a refund will be issued.
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed through Stripe and are expected to be returned to the customer’s account within 7-10 business days, depending on Stripe’s processing times.

7. REFUND POLICY FOR BESPOKE SERVICES
Payment and Access: Full payment is required before access to the final speech/vow set is granted. The process includes an initial consultation, writing phase, and a review phase through paywalled access.
Feedback and Revisions: Comprehensive feedback must be provided after the initial draft within the established timeframe. A second round of feedback is permitted if further changes are needed. Subsequent changes after this feedback are final.
No Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided except under special circumstances, such as service errors or unforeseen cancellations.
